This is Bafang BBSHD 48 V 1000 W system new and super power mid motor,the package is including motor/LCD display(or color LCD display)/integrated controller(3077 Mozs)/pedal assistant sensor/170 mm cranks a pair/chain wheel&guards/electric brake lever/thumb throttle(accelerator)/necessary wires/necessary nuts and screws,it also has gear sensor function if needed,besides you don’t need anything else to install this kit to your bike.
Also it is very easy to install,only fits the parts,fasten cables and plug the connectors,it doesn’t acquire any technical electrical acknowledge,it doesn’t need to change anything of your bike like soldering&welding frames neither,whole procedures is very simple.If you really don’t want to assembly it you may call the local bike shop to help you.
Bafang design this motor with standard 68 mm bottom bracket size,which can be used on 68 mm BB bike and 73 mm BB bike,it also has 100 mm BB as well as 120 mm BB size.No doubts that the BBSHD fits any bottom bracket size bikes.
After assembly the kit,first thing is to turn on the ON/OFF button on display,select assistant level 1-3 or 1-9,then pedal and go.You can also just put the thumb throttle lever to make yourself run.The motor has120 N.m torque and top speed of 25 km/h-45 km/h,very powerful for mountain climbing and Triking&jungle crossing. What’s more,Bafang design this BBSHD 1000 W motor with ZERO drag feeling,your e-bike pedals you will feel same strength with your bike when battery turns out power,not like a hub motor which feels resistance or drag feeling when battery runs out.Also this Bafang BBSHD motor is fully waterproof(IP 65),means you can riding this motor in water conditions like heavy rain or on humid mountains.
The BBS-HD has 68mm and 100mm BB size versions.Please check your BB size and choose a right motor.One more important size (Blue 2)is from BB to swing arm which needs larger than 65mm to avoid the cranks interface with swing arm/rear fork.
